DGDC SUMMIT MEMBERSHIP ($18,750)
SUMMIT is our high level mastermind membership tier. Twice a year we gather in the middle of nowhere to dive deep for an extended weekend…
Connecting with vibrant colleagues all day and then at night around a literal campfire
Immersive weekends with clean, nourishing food, perspectives you won’t get anywhere else, hive-mind personalized attention, lots of laughs (occasional tears) and a tribe that really gets it…
Thinking back on all of the seminars I’ve ever attended, I realized that some of the most impactful moments had nothing to do with a powerpoint presentation or the “official” agenda of the seminar at all
Instead I found the magic in the spontaneous interactions, unplanned side conversations and impromptu technique demos that would happen by chance on breaks or after dinner
An idea was born
What if we could create intimate events where the whole weekend feels like those spontaneous liminal spaces?
Where there is no slide deck. And anyone who wishes to contribute to the conversation has a microphone within arm’s reach…
If someone in the room has a special expertise, they stand up, grab a marker and go to the board to share their perspective…
What if we got the right people together, in a cozy environment, with thought-provoking topics and themes?
What insights, epiphanies, breakthroughs and connections would organically emerge from those conditions?
SUMMIT 4, Table Rock, NC “BELIEF”
“We’re wired for this” 🏔️ 🔥
At our SUMMIT events it’s a collaborative and networked experience. Attending Members (and occasional special guests) give interactive presentations on their passion topics
You might consider what you’re planning to share at the next event…
SUMMIT Members wake up on Monday morning feeling inspired, refreshed, and confidently clear on how to invest their energy over the coming months…
SUMMIT 5, Boone, NC “COHERENCE”
SUMMIT 4
This is not a seminar.
*Please note: SUMMIT Level Membership includes all the perks of our Annual Membership, including the Damn Good Program, DGDC Group, Insights Vault, Long Term Mentoring with Jeremy...
1:1 HOURLY CONSULTING ($5,000USD/hour)
There are some practitioners in a position where they need bespoke 1:1 attention
Usually this level of practitioner is not worried about attracting new patients, rather restructuring their entire model aligned to nonlinear fractal systems
So that they can filter for the best working relationships, and create compelling offers that free up cash flow, increase patient follow through, and minimize time commitments on fulfillment
Often these are the types of practitioners interested in running retreats, workshops and other intensive live events in beautiful destinations
In the course of working together we’re looking at anywhere from 5-10 hours of focused 1:1 time at a minimum. (See FOCUS below for savings)
OUTCOME
While every practitioner is unique, those who are at the right level for 1:1 bespoke consulting are creating higher ticket offers of anywhere from $5k-$25k+ For example:
I spent a few hours 1:1 with a practitioner at this level and within 2 weeks he had pre-sold $80,000USD in memberships for his concierge services.
He had so much potential built up already in his career but no clear offer structure or Fractal Systems. It was a matter of intentionally restructuring the right kind of offer aligned to DGDC principles…
A few months later he was shopping for a new castle to facilitate retreats…
If you are at this level and would like to be considered for 1:1 consulting please make a note on your Annual Membership Application.
Even better than a la carte hourly 1:1 consulting is our extremely high touch FOCUS level of membership which includes 1:1 calls throughout the year, SUMMIT Masterminds, all Annual Membership perks and bonuses
FOCUS is $45,000USD and I only accept 4 practitioners at any given time at this level of service
There are currently 2 openings available
Does the Damn Good Program (DGP) contain any 1:1 access to Jeremy?
Our program is delivered in group format.
If you feel* you need private 1:1 coaching/consulting with Jeremy please note that on your DGDC Application.
Please be aware the rate for private 1:1 coaching/consulting is $5,000USD/hour
*The types of practitioners who benefit from this type of 1:1 bespoke consulting usually have a high value specialized service offer of $20k+ and are in a position to 10x their coaching investment within a month with the right business plan innovation.
I’ve done other mentorships before. How is the DGDC different?
Do you offer discounts?
Not currently.
If we discount for certain groups of people like senior citizens, college students or veterans…
That can actually be viewed as discrimination because one group is getting preferential treatment over others.
As counterintuitive as this may sound I try to keep things fair.
Do you offer payment plans?
The annual membership in the DGDC is an upfront single payment.
When you buy a house or a car you can use payment plans because a professional lending agency has determined credit worthiness to space out payments over time.
I'm not a professional lender, and I don't have that skill set.
I'm not running your credit report; I don't have access to those sophisticated tools.
It's not my department.
Many of our members who choose to pay the program off over time use a credit card or take out a personal loan or a business loan.
That way the program is paid for, you can get in here, you can start learning and transforming your practice.
And you can work out a payment plan with a professional lender, like a credit card or a bank that makes sense.
Many credit cards offer 12 to 18 month promotional periods where they charge zero interest if you repay the amount before the time limit.
If you research “zero interest credit cards” you'll find current options.
I would also encourage you to be on the other side of this and think about your patients.
And if you're offering payment plans, what you're doing ultimately is you're loaning them money.
You're giving them the program upfront and then you're loaning them the money to pay it back over time.
If you're not a professional lender, you're nowhere near qualified to determine your patients’ credit worthiness.
So think about this from both sides and just remember it's a Mirror Universe
Is my DGDC Membership a tax write-off?
I don't know for certain.
It is a business expense though.
It's consulting/coaching/business training, right?
We're looking at things like Clinical Clarity, we could be talking about skill development/education/continuing education.
You should talk to your accountant about that, but I'm willing to bet that they're going to see it as a professional expense.
When is my DGDC Application due?
When we open up the demo window, it is open for 72 hours.
After that it is closed.
If you plan to apply, to heed the call to adventure, then you'll want to submit your application before this window closes.
The closing time for this window is listed on this page just below the demo video.
Our process here is about respecting each other. And our time window does matter.
Respecting that those who are meant to be here long term have no problem getting their application in on time, this is a filter.
I'm looking for practitioners who demonstrate the ability to get something done.
With that being said, sometimes things happen.
If there’s a valid reason why you need an extra day or two, just ask in the group.
“Hi Jeremy, could have my application in by X date?”
If you communicate respectfully, we can usually accommodate that.
But if I don't hear anything, and the window closes, the window is not opening again.
To be clear, this is a filter.
If someone can't get an application in after watching this demo, then they're showing me that they're the kind of person who won't be able to find a way to do any of the other things that I'm teaching when it matters…
I’m looking for those kinds of people who find a way to get things done. They do very well here long term.
Don’t tell me who you are…
If my DGDC application is successful, how long will I have to complete my signup process?
I would like to split the membership between two different credit cards. Is that possible?
Absolutely.
Simply let me know in the group that you would like the “options form” and I'll send it to your email.
That way you can tell me the exact specifics and I'll create the proper invoicing for you.
No problem
I live outside the U.S. How does the currency conversion work?
Please be aware that your bank will likely charge you a currency conversion fee.
And with currency conversion you may feel a sense of “sticker shock” depending on global currency conversions.
I cannot control or predict this.
It’s a fact of life doing international business.
However if you have found a way to transfer funds internationally without incurring a fee please let me know in the group by requesting the “Options Form.”
Also, be prepared to learn the skill of geoarbitrage where you can live in a country with a lower cost of living and weaker currency while selling to markets in other countries with stronger currency.
This is one of many perks of working online.
Why is hope a blessing and a curse?
“Jeremy, you've given me hope. I'm super excited about DGDC! I really want to do this. But I'm also afraid to do it because if it doesn't work, I might feel hopeless about taking my practice to the next level.”
Yeah, I understand.
This is called a contingency narrative.
It’s trying to keep an ace up your sleeve. ♠️
In order to win, you’ve got to play your ace. ♠️
You're never going to win the game just keeping the Aces Up Your Sleeve.
If you feel like the DGDC may be an ace, I would suggest you ask yourself some potentially difficult questions about why you feel the need to hold on to it in the back of your mind?
You're not going to win if you hold on to your best cards. ♠️
I’m strongly drawn to the approach here. It’s like nothing else I’ve ever experienced. I want to join the DGDC, however I’m also cycling through a bunch of different concerns, and reasons why I shouldn’t apply. Wtf is going on with this?
Respect your status on your own personal transformative hero’s journey.
I have no interest in working online. Will the DGDC help my brick and mortar?
Absolutely.
The principles we use here are timeless and we can apply them across domains.
A lot of the things that I've tested and found to work in an online environment, I bring them right back to the brick and mortar and it takes it to the next level.
There is so much to learn here. We're not just looking at some online technicals and tacticals.
We're looking at deep principles, for example, Personal Cultivation.
No matter if you're working online or brick and mortar, you're going to need to continue to develop yourself.
Your practice- your business- emanates out of who you are.
You cannot separate yourself from that. The better you get at Personal Cultivation → the smoother your communication → the better your signup rate → the more people stick with your treatments → the more your reputation grows, whether online or off.
That's just one example.
I like the idea of Fractal Systems. Could you explain that concept in more detail?
Yes.
I’m very busy. How much time does it take to do this work?
Best to understand Modular Quickstarts First
Here is one member’s experience, who has been able to close her brick and mortar entirely to be 100% online (she’s making 2x what she used to in clinic). Bonus points because she’s leveraging her own hormonal cycles and creating content when she’s ovulating and naturally more creative…
Let’s expand on this from a recent question/insight that came up in the DGDC:
Hi __________,
I know the feeling, intimately.
Moving across the country to start fresh is a big decision, and not to be taken lightly. My impression of what you’re describing is that moving from Point B to Point C is so important to you that you took massive decisive action.
Isn’t it interesting the way life works. We can uproot ourselves into a brand new location, yet the constant being ourselves (and the subconscious systems, biases, behaviors etc) which hasn’t changed and continues to recreate the old reality.
“Wherever you go, there you are”
I had to realize this myself as well. Many times.
Feeling frustrated and entrapped is normal at Point B.
The only way out is through. Meaning starting to let yourself evolve to the next iteration of your character. You 2.0
It’s scary, of course. Our egos fear change.
In my case I found it much easier to look externally for growth via more seminars to keep adding to my perceived skill gap, or for business/marketing courses and programs which amounted to nothing more than drawn out cheat-sheets.
I felt like I was “trying,” yet still stuck.
I’ve been exactly where you are.
$4k+++ on mentorships/courses that didn’t really solve the deeper issues.
Sitting in $36k international masterminds led by genius people who gave me great ideas, yet I couldn’t copy what they were doing because these people had no commitments other than work.
I learned a lot from people who had no family, no other commitments whatsoever, and 15+ hours to spend every day building their online business.
And then I had to figure out how to make that work in my life with 4 kids, a wife I love spending time with, a dog, a cat, and trying to juggle brick and mortar clinic with taking care of my middle age body so that decades from now I’ll have no trouble keeping up with my grandkids…
It’s a lot. But it absolutely can be done.
What eventually worked for me was to invest in transformative processes.
There’s a book by James Clear called “Atomic Habits” which is quite popular today. I’d recommend it for anyone interested, but I’ll save you the time and sum it up here:
Results come from behaviors. Behaviors come from identities. Every decision you make and action you take is a vote for the identity you wish to have.
It’s not enough to “want something.” We have to decide to become the kind of person who does it.
Meaning if you want to get in shape, don’t schedule exercise or fantasize about a six pack. Instead become the kind of person who makes exercise a part of your day.
The positive changes emerge from the new identity.
Atomic Habits is full of little nuggets of wisdom. Even though the identity-behavior-action model is incomplete, we can still use a lot from this.
On the tactical level, I built the Damn Good Program (DGP) with flexibility in mind. Rather than a series of lessons that goes in order 1, 2, 3…It’s a nonlinear program. Choose your own adventure.
Some practitioners want a deep dive. They want context and to take a full lap, going into hours and hours of dense explanations of how and why everything fits together before they build their online practice.
Others are very short on time and need to fire this thing up right now.
So I have the quickstart section. 2 hours. Quick and dirty. Get set up with initial proof of concept and some validation as soon as possible.
Once you’ve made 18k in a day from online sales with no consultations or follow up appointments, the reality of this model will kick in and you’ll find the time for deep dives as needed.
Felt demonstration is always more powerful than words.
A Damn Good Start…
Of course I can’t do it for you.
Within the DGP Personal Cultivation there are lessons on how to organize your time.
We all have the same 24 hours in the day. It’s often a matter of limited amounts of attention bandwidth or priorities.
Your insights about unraveling your attachment to not having enough time are very poignant. I’d explore that with simple thought experiments:For example if we were taking a 2 week trip to Chengdu to shadow Jin Zhao, something tells me you’d find the time?
Or flying across the country multiple times per year to learn some clinical pearls form a highly regarded practitioner. It takes time, and we find a way.
When I take myself through this process I ask questions like this. “OK so if I would make time for that, why? What subconscious needs is that meeting? What beliefs do I have that create this behavior?”
And then I dig deeper. What do we know from behavior? From real action? If I’ve upended my whole life, and moved across the country to create a new version of myself, there is a reason there.
How can I get to Point C?
Do I have a viable system?
“The real work…”
Something I’ve learned about patients, and which one of our Annual Members recently articulated here, is that the technicals like herbs, acupuncture, diet etc are very important, but even more important are the oblique intangibles around subconscious beliefs.
Because what good are the perfect herbs if they represent an existential threat to your patient’s ego and status quo? Healing = change. Change is scary for the ego. Even positive change.
They will find 10,000 ways to not open the herbs.
Likewise for practitioners. We are not immune to our subconscious or somehow the human rules don’t apply to us.
What good is a program full of transformative Point C value if the beliefs of the practitioner keep them from opening the lessons?
Which is why we work here to create internal context, as well as preliminary tactics around time management.
Tactics like:
- Increase your speed tolerance to 2x at the lowest. Now the program is half the time.
- Begin with the quick and dirty quickstart section. Act, implement, iterate.
- Use the resources I’ve premade for you that are aligned to the Fractal Systems.
- I’m in your pocket 24/7 in our chat right here. Ask the questions as you have them. I may point you to a relevant section, or answer on the fly.
- Follow the time tracking in Personal Cultivation. Look at the matrices I cover in there as well as “drip drop dynamics” so that you can figure out how to get the pieces of the day to fit together more cleanly.
- Cut your hours at the brick and mortar. I remember going down to 2 days per week at my clinic. I was terrified. “What if the patients don’t like it?” Yet once I did I then had even more time to feed my fractal systems. And the two days I was working became more densely packed with patients. It turned into a party in the clinic every time I was there.
- Raise your prices. If you raise your prices by 25% you can lose 20% of your patient base and still make the same amount of money with 80% of the visits, while simultaneously weeding out the patients who don’t absolutely love working with you. This is also terrifying for most practitioners. Until we grow our beliefs around our identities.
- Look at internal systems of your brick and mortar. Can you shorten the office visits? We inherit training glitches galore from our teachers and schooling.
When I went from 1 hour appointments down to 45 minute appointments my efficiency came up tremendously, and patients LOVED the fact they were in and out sooner. All my fears drifted away like smoke.
- Look at your timing on patients. If you see 2 patients per hour, instead of scheduling them on the 1:00 and 1:30 marks, schedule on the 1:00 and 1:15. You’ll be out of the office 15 minutes earlier every day. That’s an hour + per week. That’s 50 extra hours per year.
- Cancel your Netflix, hulu, appleTV, Disney+ etc and go to bed earlier. Wake up earlier. You’ve tilted your ratio of consumption/creation in the favor of your future self.
- Put in an hour or two of focused work on your online business before you need to be at clinic. Who says you can’t have an early breakfast while listening to a DGP module…
There are a ton of logistical ways to make the most of your time here. I am on the same path. Not all of us have 15+ hours per day to build an online business. So we have to go for density, leverage and impact.
Currently I’m running Modern Vitality 100% online for complex chronic health conditions. Because of my Fractal Systems I now have the time freedom to expand into a brand new niche as well.
Plus professional mentoring here at DGDC.
Plus family, self care, hobbies, “dad jobs” around the house…
Fractal Systems allowed me to sell my brick and mortar clinic (which I loved) and move across the country to be closer to extended family, without needing to scramble or open a clinic immediately (if I do at all).
“Finishing” the insights vault is not a prerequisite to annual membership. Diving in at your own pace is an opportunity to start to find out for real what we do here. To feel the difference between the other programs and mentorships you’ve done and our world here.
Even this response. When is the last time a founder/mentor cared enough to take the time to give such attention to your specific challenge getting to point C?
Or even defined the process of getting to Point C in the first place?
Logistics and techniques aside, one of the best mindset reframes here has to do with speed vs velocity.
Speed is distance/time. Velocity is also distance/time but includes direction as well.
You can be moving at a very high speed, but aimed in the wrong direction (Point B)
Direction beats speed. Always.
If your compass heading is pointed towards nonlinear fractal systems, then no matter how slowly you move in that direction, you will eventually hit the point where the system you’ve built starts freeing you.
Small steps in the right direction matter greatly.
Because what’s the alternative?
Stay at Point B?
Burnout and quit?
The way out is through.
When I internalized this, it set me free.
🦉
How much ROI can I expect from this program?
If you can learn to sell $5k-$7k+ health programs online or as a hybrid clinic model, then how many signups will it take for you to break even? Do you believe you can make a few sales in a year? Anything more than that would be your first year’s ROI. We know what we teach works, and is replicable. And can be adapted to suit different practitioners’ styles. The rest is up to you and how well you apply yourself. We’re here every day for strategy, clarification, accountability and support.
I’m currently working with another mentor. Can I do DGDC as well? How does that work?
It works just fine.
Our frameworks are expansive, our principles are timeless.
You're already mixing mentors.
You already have different influences. We're not going to be perfectionist and purists.
You're going to come into this world and you're going to take these expanded frameworks and the principles.
You're going to have very bespoke conversations with me and our group about where you're getting stuck and what you can work on to break through.
And you can be cross referencing and talking to other teachers, other mentors.
It’s totally fine. We play well with other people.
I have an expansive framework and we can accommodate pretty much anything
What are the success rates of the practitioners in DGDC? How many of them have been able to successfully use/recreate what you have done? What are their client/patient loads, and what is their income before and after working with you?
These types of questions tend to come from a subconscious desire for certainty. The invisible belief is “if others get XYZ result then this is safe and I will have the same result.”
Imagine a prospective patient asking you the same thing. “What are the success rates and how much better do others feel who have worked with you?”
Of course we can give some success rates to put the mind at ease, but the reality is with any integrity we’d have to explain to the person that even if everyone else gets 100% improvement, that’s no guarantee of your specific results.
Because with this kind of work there are all manner of unique factors to consider.
The practitioners in DGDC have distinct goals as well as different starting positions, strengths and challenges. Some are simply working on getting more patients into their clinic. Others have too many patients and need better systems to streamline so they don’t burn out. Others have begun working online using funnels/calls/telehealth and didn’t know there was a much better way to do it.
Some struggle with systems and logistics, others struggle with mindset issues and poor leadership skills, still others need more refinement in their diagnostics and clinical clarity.
Some have been in practice 20 years, others are still in school.
I’d recommend not comparing yourself to the others here, and instead focus on where you are and what you need. The material in our program is meant to help you with your specific goals and put your future self in a much better position than you are currently in.
That said we have a load of wins and testimonials from happy members. The majority of members renew for multiple years and continue growing.
And we have a transparent group environment where everyone has a guest opportunity. Where you can feel the culture and see wins (and troubleshooting) in real time.
Just like with our patients- I can’t guarantee your success, but can guarantee the best probability of success by building up the right processes and skills so that you’re empowered and moving forward in your own way.
massive wins
Can I speak with someone who has already done the DGDC annual membership?
That’s one of the cool things about a transparent group environment.
Make a friend today.
Is the DGDC only for practitioners with established practices? I’m new in practice / recently graduated / still a student…
Our program is everything I wish I knew when I was starting out.
The years of struggle I could have avoided...
You're building a business with a foundation. Getting that foundation set up intentionally from day 1, with the ability to:
- have positive cash flow (not have to worry about overhead)
- deliver streamlined comprehensive care
- grow into online/hybrid offers
- build something that doesn't wind up trapping you or burning you out in the next five years...
It puts you in a whole different level. So yes this material can be incredible for new practices.
Some of our members are in your exact position:
We’ve also had one woman who joined annual membership while she was still a student and managed to get some traction on building her online program before even graduating:
Pretty cool.
I’m excited about the DGDC and I want to join, but I don’t know who my niche is…
Great.
Let’s figure that out together and set you up with powerful starting conditions as you enter a brand new space.
I’m excited about the DGDC but I don’t have an online program built yet. Can I still join?
Of course.
Building the program is part of our process.
And by doing it this way, you're going to be going through a bespoke system of market research and creating a group.
So that the program you do build is going to be a perfect match and emerges from the ecosystem that you create and the actual people, the real people- the human beings- that you're trying to help.
Is there still room for me in the DGDC?
While we do limit the amount of practitioners in our program for quality, if you're seeing this page that means there is space available currently.
Once we're full I will put any new demo requests onto a waiting list and this page will come down.
Be certain to submit your application before the deadline.
