Every renewing member is responsible for completing Steps 1 + 2 below *before* their renewal date
Your renewal date is based on the first day you began in DGDC.
For example, if your renewal date is April 7, you need to make sure that you’ve completed steps 1 + 2 by 11:59pm EST April 6th (the day before).
To prevent problems, it’s best not to wait until the very last moment, and instead get sorted out with a week or two to spare.
Those who fail to complete steps 1 + 2 prior to their renewal date will lose access, unless prior communication/arrangements have been made
